Generate Scripts from Type Model
dialog box
This dialog box lets you enter the necessary information to generate scripts to recreate a type model or parts of it.
Elements
Choose model elements panel |

Languages list |
Select the languages that you would like to be scripted.
You can use the All and None buttons to select or deselect all of them.

Tags list |
Select the tags that you would like to be scripted.
You can use the All and None buttons to select or deselect all of them.

Packages list |
Select the packages that you would like to be scripted.
You can use the All and None buttons to select or deselect all of them.
|
Enumerated types list |
Select the enumerated types that you would like to be scripted.
You can use the All and None buttons to select or deselect all of them.
Selecting an enumerated type also scripts the associated enumerated items.

Classes list |
Select the classes that you would like to be scripted.
You can use the All and None buttons to select or deselect all of them.
Selecting a class also scripts the associated properties, attributes and associations.

Create model check box |
Check this box to script model creation; leave it unchecked to exclude it. |
Output options panel |
|
To new scripting session check box |
Check this box to display the generated script on a new scripting session window. |
To clipboard check box |
Check this box to copy the generated script to the Windows clipboard. |
Proceed
As soon as you click OK, ModelDesigner generates scripting code for the selected elements, and sends it to the selected outputs.
